Another discussion, this time on the past, education, relationship with parents and ourselves.
Each of us grew up in a certain environment that formed us. Not everything we lived as children was ideal and not everything we knew/could name at that time.
Today, however, we feel the consequences: in our relationships, in inner survival, in how we set the boundaries, whether we approach ourselves. Not from the position of blaming, but from the desire to understand, recognize our own needs and free ourselves from what may have been unconsciously kept back. culprits?
👉 What does it mean - and why is it a gift for ourselves? In a safe and respectful environment where there is no need to prove anything - just listen, share and can be released what we no longer have to bear.
