About event
What options do young artists and artists have after graduating from JAMU? And what could Brno cultural infrastructure look like in five years? 🕵
We invite you to an open debate on the future of the Brno independent scene, its interconnection with established institutions and possibilities offered by the city of the young generation of theater creators. The discussion will focus on current challenges, support of novice artists and the strategy of further development of the cultural environment in Brno.

🎤 Moderate: Adriana Světlíková and Petr Pola from the new network
Support programs and obstacles they face after school. In this block we will discuss together with Patrik Boušek - director, chairman of the Brno Independent Theaters, founding a member of the independent art group of the Bassem entertainment, Saša Bolfová - director and dramaturgist, member of the art and executive leadership, Radim Bánovský - Dean of the theater Faculty of JAMU and Jakub Štrou - a member of the art -management leadership of Platzforma and the main coordinator of the Festival Plak. In this block we will discuss with Veronika Majíčková - Head of the Concept and Development Department of the MMB Culture Department, Juraj Augustín - director and member of the artistic and executive leadership of CO.LABS, Jan Búrik - director of the experimental theater center, Pavel Strašák Molnár - dramaturge and member of the DSB dramaturgical council for the Hus on String Theater. ❣️
