Diskuze o současných projevech popírání a zkreslování holocaustu

Denial and misrepresentation of the Holocaust is a widespread threat to Jewish life and to European democratic values ​​that transcend national borders. Anti-Semitism has not disappeared from Europe even 80 years after the liberation of the Auschwitz extermination camp. From the COVID-19 pandemic to the events of October 7th, Holocaust denial and distortion remains a dangerous and multifaceted narrative. To date, there is no uniform methodology for monitoring anti-Jewish hatred in the EU. This is one of the objectives of the ENMA project. The discussion will be attended by representatives of the organizations RIAS (Germany), Czulent (Poland), IKG (Austria) and the Federation of Jewish Communities (CZ), which issue annual reports on manifestations of anti-Semitism in their countries. The opening contribution will be delivered by JUDr. Tomáš Kraus, director of the Terezín Initiative Institute.

The event is held in Czech and English with simultaneous interpretation, admission is free.
