Which strategies help to develop strength, self-confidence and community despite challenges?
In her talk show “Mental Health & Black Womanhood”, the sociologist, educational influencer and presenter Fatima (africandiva__) invites you to focus on the perspectives of black women. The conversation is about the special experiences at the intersection of racism, sexism and social expectations - but also about resilience, self-care, healing and empowerment. The event is aimed both at black women and at all people who are curious to get to know other realities of life and broaden their view of mental health. The aim is to promote understanding, build bridges between different experiences and create a space for exchange, reflection and encounters.
In addition to personal insights and social perspectives, concrete impulses and strengthening tools are presented that can support you in promoting your own mental health and dealing with challenges in everyday life. "Mental Health & Black Womanhood" combines personal stories with social analysis and invites you to think together about well-being, belonging and the importance of solidarity communities.
