In cooperation with the initiative group “Dialogue of Religions for Children and Young People” (DiReKiJu) of the Berlin Forum of Religions, ADAS invites you to a practice-oriented training course.
The aim of this training course is to strengthen competence in dealing with religious and ideological diversity in a school context and to create a discrimination-free space to contribute.
Teachers and educational staff in particular who have no training in religious education often face challenges in everyday school life - especially when religious-related tensions or conflicts arise. This is where the training comes in and is aimed at all teachers and educators - regardless of religious affiliation, worldview or professional background.
The content of the training includes:
- Raising awareness of religious and ideological diversity
- Legal basis for bans on discrimination
- Strategies for dealing with conflict
- practical approaches to creating an inclusive school culture
