In November in Žižkov's Storm Club will welcome two more legends who have been associated with the DNB scene for more than 30 years - DJ Marky and Aphrodite!
DJ Marky, originally from São Paulo, Brazil, has been on the music scene since 1992 and is recognized worldwide as one of the best technical DJs and an excellent producer at the same time. Although his releases appeared on the world's biggest DNB labels, in 2003 he founded his own label Innerground Records. He has 4 full-length albums, countless singles and EPs. His sets are known for their incredible energy, lots of tricks (scratching on the turntable upside down,...) and enormous technical erudition.
Aphrodite ranks among other British DNB and Jungle veterans with their career beginning in 1990. He has 4 LPs to his credit, and a considerable number of EPs and singles, some of which became absolutely essential in the creation of DNB culture in Britain and later around the world. He is also considered one of the fathers of Jump-up music, mainly due to his simpler concept of musical structure. Among other things, he is also the owner of the Aphrodite Recordings label. In his sets, he still follows the current trends of DNB music, so you can look forward to an extraordinary combination of old school and new school DNB!
Support will be provided by the legendary duo Deadly Viperz aka Akira & Anakin, the guru of the Czech DNB scene Bifidus Aktif and producer Dreamworkers.
ATTENTION - the whole party will now take place in the increasingly popular 360° format! You can look forward to an extraordinary experience, a strengthened sound system and an unrepeatable atmosphere! >
