Author's production of the Mikro-teatro theater on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the death of the Jewish writer Ilsa Weberová (January 11, 1903 Vítkovice – October 6, 1944 Auschwitz-Birkenau).
The performance is for a limited number of spectators, but an unlimited experience 💫.
The production, accompanied by live music, is based on Ilsa Weberová's fairy tales, collectively published under the title "Dobrodinec Báruch", in which for Jewish children during the difficult times of the war, she created safe and colorful islands imbued with a sense of justice and hope for better days. The common denominator of all the stories is that the good deed is rewarded and the bad one punished. Sometimes the remedy is negotiated more mysteriously through Mendel Rosenbusch's invisibility cloak, other times it's a child's sense of friendship that settles everything. Let yourself be carried away by the world of Jewish traditions and the unwavering faith that the day will come when the correction will be made. The fairy tales will be infused with the singing of Jewish songs.
