About event
🙌🏻Bratislava Volunteer Center invites you to a public event dedicated to volunteering with and for the young generation.
👉Together with teachers from cooperating primary and secondary schools, we will talk about how volunteering naturally connects with education and what importance it has for the development of young people. At the event, we will mention the Volunteering at Schools program, which leads children and young people to active citizenship and helps them discover the value of helping others already during their studies.
🌟The discussion will include:
- a look at how schools can involve students in volunteer activities,
- presentation of specific programs and formats (workshops, volunteer days, tailor-made activities),
- experiences teachers with the implementation of volunteering in the school environment,
- tips on how young people can start volunteering and find an area that appeals to them.
🌿The talk will be complemented by practical examples of activities such as Volunteer Days, Green Days, Volunteer Week or interactive formats such as the Volunteer Market or City Safari.
🙋🏼♂️The event is intended for students and students, teaching staff of educational institutions, parents and the general public.
During the event, photos and short videos will be taken for documentation and promotional purposes. href="https://forms.gle/EmYpXma5M34tiQff7">https://forms.gle/EmYpXma5M34tiQff7
