About event
In today's practice of Czech criminal law, institutes such as the agreement on guilt and punishment are gaining importance. This tool can be an effective way to quickly and successfully end criminal proceedings. Czechs love discounts - but is a "discount" in the form of a reduced sentence attractive even for the accused?
At the hybrid seminar, which will take place on 30.10. from 4pm in room 220 PF UK and online via YouTube stream, learn when and why to consider a guilty plea in exchange for a lesser sentence. What are the benefits and risks of this approach and how do plea deals work in defense practice? Come learn about these key tools of criminal law and learn how they can be used to benefit the client.
To participate, fill out the short form (https:// forms.gle/JD27eoV3KkTDm3r96), on the basis of which we will send you all the necessary information and possibly a link to the stream.
