THE PERFECT CHILD: ORGANIC? ECO? MONTESSORI?
A unique stand-up comedy full of apt sketches from the life of parents today and raising children, directed by Ján Luterán, with music by Martin Geišberg, performed by an excellent cast: actress and stand-up comedian Lujza Garajová Schrameková, members of the SKD artistic group Martin Alena Pajtinková and Daniel Žulčák, actor DJP Trnava Michal Jánoš.
As to be a good parent in a world full of guaranteed instructions? Is white sugar or physical punishment the biggest enemy of modern parents? Are children's drawings just innocent attempts at art, or can the anamnesis of the whole family be read from them? How many toys are too many? What is the most difficult thing about education? Not to nurture? That we can't suppress our ego? And most importantly, how not to go crazy from all this?
A perfect child is not a guide to becoming a perfect parent. It is an honest and authentic statement from the creators about what it means to raise someone, how much we resemble our parents and how our children begin to resemble us. He explores the extremes and bizarreness of parenting manuals and reliably questions everything!
Short and funny outputs alternate dynamically and illustrate the pitfalls of today's parenting. They perfectly parody courses for parents or family therapy, which offer guaranteed instructions on how to make no mistakes in education. They accurately describe the pitfalls of mother's discussion forums on the Internet, they also do not bypass parents-taxi drivers, fathers-influencers, electronic smog or the danger of using mobile phones and the parental plural.
"The perfect child is about our children, but not for our children . It is therapy for all tired parents who need at least a moment of rest. Without screaming, crying or changing diapers," says the director of the production, Ján Luterán.
