Dokumentarfilm zur Stillberatung in Ost und West von Berlin bis Bali

This film is about the fascinating differences and similarities in breastfeeding advice between Germany and Asia.

The cozy Klick cinema at Windscheidstrasse 19 on Stuttgarter Platz in Berlin-Charlottenburg is right next to the Charlottenburg S-Bahn station , located on the U7 and U2 and several bus lines and offers space for 83 cinema viewers including a place for the disabled. The 80-minute documentary takes you on the journey of a lactation consultant from Berlin to her international colleagues. You will have the opportunity to learn about different approaches and traditions in both regions and think outside the box when it comes to supporting breastfeeding mothers. From the levels and resources of breastfeeding advice in Germany to the deeply rooted cultural practices in Asia - we show how breastfeeding advice is practiced in both cultures. We shed light on the cultural characteristics and the global fight to protect, promote and support breastfeeding, and sustainable nutrition as a whole.
