About event
Come have fun and support the homeless at the same time. On Sunday, December 7, they will play in Bratislava's Nocľahárna sv. Vincent de Paul benefit concerts of the band Hex, Bez ladu a skladu and Lucerka. Entry to the event is free, but you can help homeless people by bringing blankets or sleeping bags in addition to your presence. You can also support them by participating in the "Adopt a bed" collection or by buying Depaul merch right on the spot. The charity event Doma dobre is organized this year by the Pohoda festival and the non-profit organization Depaul Slovakia. It will be moderated by Martin Staňo and will take place in the St. Vincent de Paul at Ivanská cesta 32 in Bratislava from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The aim of the event is to help people who have lost their homes, to spread awareness and draw society's attention to the real problems of homeless people, for whom winter is a critical period. At the same time, the Doma dobre event supports the challenge "Adopt a bed", which is supported by Depaul Slovensko.
At the event directly in the St. Vincent de Paul will be performed by one of the most popular Slovak bands Hex, a legend of the local underground and alternative scene Bez ladu a skladu and the brass band Lucerka from Trenčín. The last two formations will also play a few songs together.
In addition to the concerts, there will also be a program for the little ones - the marionette Christmas comedy The Golden Pig from the Morgonrock Puppet Theater, and there will also be a children's corner. You will be able to see the photo exhibition I don't live, but I live, and there will also be a workshop on the production of waste-free lighters with clients from the Shelter of St. Lujzy and a knitting workshop with clients of the St. Shelter. Vincent. The program will also include a discussion Go to work! (guests: Soňa Pobiecka – social worker in the Depaul Slovakia Employment Program, Mr. Peter – Depaul Slovakia client).
On site you will also find information, merch and a Depaul Slovakia HR stand, and volunteers will cook a tasty Christmas cabbage soup, which you will be able to enjoy for a voluntary contribution.

By adopting a bed, you become a supporter of Depaul Slovakia services. Your regular donation helps homeless people fulfill their dream of returning to society. In Depaul Slovakia, accommodation, hot food, clothing, basic treatment, hygiene, social counseling and acceptance of everyone without distinction are provided on a daily basis. Thank you that you are not indifferent to the lives of homeless people. You can learn more about this campaign at www.adoptujsipostel.sk.

🛌 “Adopt a Bed” 🛌
Depaul Slovakia's facilities cater to over two thousand people in need every year. They provide them with warm meals, clothing, social counseling, a secure bed, and most importantly, support and acceptance from the Depaul staff. However, winter poses significant financial challenges for the Depaul organization. By making a symbolic 'Adopt a Bed' donation on a regular basis, supporters can help Depaul to be there for those who seek help. For more info about this campaign, visit www.adoptujsipostel.sk.
