About event
We invite you to the concert of our band Dooušek, a unique concert with a new line-up, so it will be a surprise for us too. Absolutely unrepeatable :)
Marie Vrbová: vocals
Radek Přibyl: tenor saxophone, flute
Pavel Jaroš: drums
Jirka Vrba: el. guitar
Zuzana Křížová: accordion
Leo Javora: bass guitar
The Brno band Dooušek enriches written poetry from the pens of Czech and foreign poets with a new, musical dimension. In terms of genre, he freely uses elements of folk, Latin American music and blues. The sound tends towards acoustic music peppered with electric guitar.
The music of guitarist Jirka Vrba is carried by singer Marie Vrbová with an unusual alto. The melodic line and the atmosphere are underlined by the tenor saxophone and the transverse flute of Radek Přibyl and the accordion of Zuzana Křížová. Grunt is played by Pavel Jaroš on drums and Leo Javora on fretless bass guitar.
