We invite you to a lecture by historian Vladimír Tomčík, who will offer us a cross -section of a two -thousand -year history of Slovak cuisine from the Celts to the 20th century.
We will look into the secrets of gastronomy in our region. We will reveal inspirations, influences and context in Slovak cuisine and we will also focus on the specifics in Bratislava.
