About event
"Touch is the first language you use to talk to your baby..." ✨
Moms and dads, I invite you to the safe and warm space of Studio Niyama for an exceptional three-part course Touch and the smell of home. Together we will stop, be quiet and learn how to deepen the bond with your baby (0-6 months) through conscious touch and the power of nature.
What awaits you on the course?
🌿 The power of touch: You will learn gentle massage techniques for babies that help with colic, improve sleep and calm the nervous system.
🌸 The magic of aromatherapy: You will learn about safe essential oils and herbs suitable for the little ones that will support immunity and home well-being.
Strong Conscious closeness: We will create a circle of mothers, where we share the joys and fears of this fragile life phase in a safe environment.
🌱 Instincts: I will support you in trusting your own body and the signals your baby sends you.
