About event
The day is light and darkness at night. It has always been so. What happens if we break this natural rule? What features must light to create a day for us? When does the darkness become a real night? Is it possible to replace natural light and darkness with technology? And how does living nature around us respond to these changes? The lecture brings the basic principles of light hygiene, devotes itself to practical applications and current technological possibilities that affect the quality of our lives, physical and mental health and living nature around us. Lenka Maierová, Ph.D. [UCEEB, CTU in Prague]
