Some people have the idea that teachers will play a little warm in the afternoon with children and the other are at home. In fact, teaching is a demanding profession today, which over time can take its toll in the form of physical or mental problems or burnout syndrome. It is important that educators are aware of this risk and purposefully reduce it. At the next meeting of the Bratislava Teaching Club, we will talk about which aspects of his work and his work environment can be controlled by the teacher and what techniques he can fight against his profession "does not" depress him over time.
