About event

We invite you to a soul ritual to the ancestors with cocoa and sound on the occasion of the next holiday of the year, All Souls' Day 3.11. at 17:00-19:30 in Nova Bani in the Natureza center.

All Souls' Day is a holiday when we remember our loved ones who are no longer physically with us.
Veils between worlds are in at this time considered the thinnest, therefore it is an opportunity to connect with them through the heart.
The theme of death and transience is present and invites us to reflect on our life and also gives the opportunity to look at the question of death, how we deal with it and ready for it.
Attention turns inward as darkness grows, we have the opportunity to look at how we live and whether we live in accordance with our heart. What is not true can die and remain real.

Death and the transience of the moment show us the way to the present and fully experiencing the given moment with gratitude in the heart.
On this evening we will create a space to honor our ancestors with symbolic ritual and connect with our lineage and their wisdom that we carry within us.
The intention will also be to let die what has served its purpose, it is no longer necessary for us to create space for something new.

We will be accompanied by the sounds of gongs, bowls, handpan, Indian pipes, healing songs and other instruments, and also to connect with the heart, we will open the evening with ceremonial cocoa.
Bring photos of your deceased ancestors to the altar and ritual.

About the Cocoa Ceremony
Cocoa has been used for thousands of years as a medicine for ritual purposes and has been called the drink of the Gods . Its quality that awakens is love. It opens the heart, relaxes and allows you to connect with yourself and others more deeply than before. It helps transform fear into love and joy. Cacao helps to strengthen the connection with the higher self, which helps to connect with inner strength and truth, and awakens the connection with your inner spirit, which can help to have a deeper meditative experience. The cocoa that we will drink is of organic ceremonial quality from Guatemala, from a family that uses it for ritual purposes.
When drinking cocoa, we put into the ritual each of our intentions, prayers, according to what we need in life for the overall harmony... After drinking the cocoa, a humming bath with meditation will follow.

PREPARATION
It is important to prepare physically and mentally for the ceremony with cocoa and the ritual.
We do not use it for 1-3 days alcohol and other addictive substances. On the day of the ceremony, drink plenty of water, eat light food, no later than 3 hours before the ceremony.
To not be hungry, you can eat fruit or something light before the event.
You can tune into your intention, what you are for grateful, what you want to let go of, leave behind and what you want to invite into your life in the near future.
In case of high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy, breastfeeding, when taking antidepressants, please inform me 🙏🏼

About the musical bath
Tones and vibrations from musical instruments act on our whole body as a cleansing, revitalizing and relaxing bath, since our body is 70% water... They harmonize the mind, release emotions and also affect our body. Let's go together on the waves of sound into the depths of our interior. Slow down, stop and breathe. Listen to the sounds of the piano, tampura, Tibetan bowls, sansula, Indian pipes, the sounds of the forest and water... Let your inner music ring out and embark on the journey to yourself.

Warning: The ritual may be for someone strong, so if you are going through a difficult period in your life or are taking psychoactive drugs, a consultation with a lecturer is necessary.

About the guides
Daniela Celeste Gliganič - psychologist, coach, yoga instructor
I have been interested in the human psyche since I was little, that's why I decided to study psychology. However, I wanted to go deeper, so my travels took me to India and Brazil. I attended various seminars and trainings focused on working with my shadows, emotions, working with a wounded child, with the aim of getting in touch with my inner essence and developing my potential. I am on the path of yoga, which I see as a path of self-discovery. In my work I combine elements of Western and Eastern psychology, yoga, expressive therapies, spirituality and shamanism. I am a guide on the path of self-discovery and my intention is to help reveal and manifest the hidden potential of our being in order to live a life filled with love and harmony.

Marián Lotus Gliganič - philosopher, musician, music therapist, yoga instructor. The journey of knowledge led me to study philosophy. Working with homeless people was a huge school of life for me. The desire to find a deeper meaning led me to India and Brazil, where I attended various seminars focused on psycho-spiritual development. I use music as a therapeutic tool in my work. She has been present in my life since childhood. I play several musical instruments such as piano, organ, harmonium, pipes, or instruments from different corners of the world. I am engaged in musical improvisation, music therapy and accompany other artists. For me, music means life, movement, breath, rhythm, heartbeat, but especially the way to the most hidden places of the soul. I am currently a yoga teacher and music therapist. I work with adults in the form of group and individual music therapy, but also with children with multiple disabilities. I am a certified music therapist with several years of experience and also a supervisor in music therapy and helping professions and a lecturer in playing singing bowls.
