About event
Two stories - piano recital of Ivan Šiller in Nitra
Music has the power to transmit us in time, tell stories and open new dimensions of perception. Pianist Ivan Šiller brings a program that connects four prominent musical personalities - Franz Schubert, Arvo Pärt, Daniel Matej and Bela Bartók - and reveals their unique music worlds. Tickets are in pre-sale at Shop.in-music.sk or on the site 1 hour before the concert. 14 A MOL, D 784
Arvo Pärt-Variationen Zur Gesundung von Arinuschka
Arvo Pärt-Für Alina
Daniel Matej-A Set of Five Pick-Ouds
Béla Bartók-six dances in the Bulgarian rhythm
piano
Schubert Sonata no. 14 And MOL reflects the author's introspective testimony during the personal crisis when his creativity reached new heights. Pärto's minimalist compositions Variationen Zur Gesundung von Arinuschka and iconic für Alina take us to the meditative level, where silence and sound create a deep internal dialogue. Contemporary Slovak composer Daniel Matej experiments with music memory in the cycle and Set of Five Pick-Ots, where references to Schönberg, Ivesa and other masters of the 20th century are overlaps. The program closes Bartók's microcosmos - a fascinating collection of piano thumbnails, which combines pedagogical precision with the rhythmic energy of folk music. Come to enjoy the evening where the classic meets modernity, contemplation with rhythmic dynamics and tradition with experiment. With the financial contribution of the Music Fund. With SOZA support.
