About event
In the cult Berlin film, the Afro-Berlin DJ Sweety is given the task of completing a lucrative deal. Her petty criminal career finally seems to be taking off. But that same evening she is deprived of the loot and Sweety's future visions of a comfortable life turn into a nightmare: the powerful boss gives her a week to pay off her debts. Their last hope is the Italian Gino and his German half-brother Ninja. The two unsuccessful karate teachers offer Sweety the opportunity to do something big together. The unconventional preparations for a big robbery get rolling. The biggest and most dangerous adventure of their lives begins for Sweety, Gino and Ninja.
Now the “unique in the German film landscape” (Filmdienst) is finally being released on DVD - including the making of - and VoD! We would like to toast to this with you and show the film again in the presence of the director and other members of the crew and cast. Original with English subtitles. And we're going one better: everyone who buys the DVD in the evening will receive the DVD of Gianluca Vallero's entertaining documentary "Balkan Dreams" as a bonus. If you buy 2 DVDs, even the BluRay. And - we must be crazy - one of the chicken film posters is also there. Signed of course. While stocks last.
