Dvojité Grofovo® dýchanie Žilina

GROFOVO® breathing is an experiential method of self-examination and healing using deep holotropic (towards wholeness) states of consciousness. To induce these states, he uses 3 basic principles - accelerated breathing, evocative music and focused work with the body, which helps release bioenergetic and emotional blocks. By activating the unconscious and mobilizing blocked emotions and bodily impulses, GROFOVO® breathing can mediate access to all levels of human experience, including unfinished business from our postnatal biography, traumatic physical or emotional events, perinatal memories, death and rebirth sequences, and various transpersonal experiences that may touch mythological, archetypal and universal areas.
