About event
Manon meurt (CZ)
Beauty, noise and trembling. The band Manon Meurt, which for several years built its sound on the ruins of shoegaze and the influence of bands such as Slowdive, Lush or Ride, moves further with the new record Unravel and deviates from the original nineties inspirations. The new sound of Manon meurt surprises with the ease of natural intermingling of genres - from trip hop to darkgaze, to ambient folk with dives into the swirling chaos of dream pop... The album Unravel, which they created together with producer Eddie Stevens (Moloko, Zero 7, Róisín Murphy, or Jana Kirschner), released on Minority Records in April this year.

The Ills (SK)
Pandemic, loneliness, frustration, psychological also existential problems, the social situation, the pressure of negative emotions and, of course, the war. Feelings of illogicality, chaos and absurdity of life.....but also insight, joy, friendship, humor and the desire not to lose optimism. I Was Riding My Bike To Work When I Realized I Have No Job. Life Is Random. The Ills are back with a new lineup and a new album. And as KEXP's Kevin Cole himself says, it's an epic transcendental masterpiece! What more to add.
