During the weekend course you will learn a set of hormonal yoga for women according to Dinah Rodrigues, which helps to harmonize the hormonal system.
The course is intended for women of all ages that solve problems associated with hormonal imbalance, premature menopause, menopause, insufficient thyroid function, PMS, polycystic ovaries, ovarian cysts, painful menstruation, infertility due pelvis, etc.
No previous experience with yoga is needed. Adéla Castle, one of the first certified HJ lecturers in the Czech Republic. HJ has already handed over the line -up to more than 6,000 women.
