You will have two months full of meaningful movement with elements of self -defense, all in a fun way. Do you have no experience with martial arts? Do you bother that your fitness is not exactly one? It doesn't matter at all. All you have to do is to learn, discover new things and work on yourself. Take comfortable sportswear and suitable sports shoes for training.
