🔸Come and enjoy a space for reflection, self-expression and training in holding space for others.
🔸We will remind and strengthen skills in the basic pillars of non-violent communication.
🔸We will create a space for meeting other people who are dedicated to non-violence.< br/>
Prerequisites: This is a course for all levels.
Come deepen your key communication skills and experience a community atmosphere that encourages openness and sharing. Dyads are a simple but powerful tool that brings the practice of nonviolent communication into everyday life. At the meeting you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to be truly heard and at the same time have the opportunity to clearly and honestly express your thoughts or emotions and needs.
Dyads are the basic practice of non-violent communication in pairs. Their structure offers space for sharing to all involved. You will experience several different dyads throughout the evening. The topics will concern connection to the present moment, reflection of the past period on the level of experience and insight into the future.
Joint dyading is an ideal opportunity for everyone who wants to refresh the principles of non-violence or simply meet like-minded people . Come, we have a chair and a dyad partner for you.

Standard price: 500 CZK
Sponsor price: 700,- (with a higher contribution, you enable the existence of the scholarship prize)
