Flow joga (každý štvrtok)

At these lessons, you can always look forward to a new and original set of yoga positions. It is vinyasa yoga, in which we synchronize the movement with the breath. It is a fluid and creative type of yoga where we consciously work with the breath, stretch muscles and increase strength. You can look forward to an unlimited number of new sets, because each lesson is unique.

We meet every Thursday at 18:45 at the BALANS yoga studio on Hospodárská street no. 25 in Trnava (in the premises of Charlie Academy).
