About event
Once in a blue moon, if all the planets are criss -crossed by the firmament, then the gnomes like to make it a big festival, preferably on a spituelies spititual location in the focal point between heaven and earth, land and water, where natural spirits, gnomes, fairs and faunen are still cheerful and freely round. In and around the church of Ruigoord, the gnomes celebrate their fairy -tale existence.
On Saturday 8 March it is exactly 18 years ago that the gnomes moved into the Kabouterhuys opposite the church.
And of course you can chill in the Kabouterhuys and come to yourself again.
and to listen to the 18-year anniversary, the evening is ceremonially opened with a live performance by the Kabouterhuis orchestra Hip-hop band Bring the Joints.
