SECOND YOUTH
Second Youth consists of two people:
Marcel Lüke (drums) and Eli van Vegas (vocals, sequencers).
Marcel also played with Jäger 90 and Hätzer for a time and is a permanent live member of Combat Company.
Eli is also the founder and permanent member of Combat Company, trafo21 and formerly Medien.Krebs.therapie.
Both occasionally take part in other projects, mostly just for live implementation. Second youth is at the center of their work.
Marcel and Eli met as friends in 2009. Over time, this grew to such an extent that Marcel took over tour management for Eli's band Combat Company and accompanied the band to all concerts from around 2011.
After a musical crisis in 2012, Eli decided to establish Marcel as another drummer alongside Homer in the band in order to bring new impulses and a new appeal to the music. Initially intended as a pure live drummer, Marcel quickly became an integral part of Combat Company.
Marcel and Eli had the idea for a side project in the summer of 2013 and the name was already decided: Second Youth.
With the separation of Homer and Eli from Combat Company in the spring of 2015 - Eli continues Combat Company together with his new stage partner Helena and occasionally Marcel - Marcel and Eli decided to take the chance and actually form the band.
The two musicians are united by one vision: Second Youth's music should be minimalist, purely analogue, pure and yet provocative and aggressive. This runs through all the songs. A slight reference to the absolute early works of DAF, Nitzer Ebb and Die Krupps is essential here.

After a creative crisis in 2012, Eli decided to establish Marcel as an additional drummer alongside Homer in the band, in order to bring new inspiration and excitement to the music. Initially intended as a pure live drummer, Marcel quickly became an integral part of Combat Company.

Following Homer and Eli's split from Combat Company in the spring of 2015 – Eli continues to lead Combat Company together with his new stage partner Helena and occasionally Marcel – Marcel and Eli decided to seize the opportunity and actually form the band.
The two musicians share a vision: Second Youth's music should be minimalist, purely analog, pure, yet provocative and aggressive. This is evident in all of their songs. A slight nod to the very early works of DAF, Nitzer Ebb, and Die Krupps is essential.

PLASTIKSTROM
PLASTIKSTROM entered the world at the beginning of the new millennium musical stage with a self-distributed mini-album and some sampler contributions. Band members Jürgen Schips and Matthias Günzler were not newcomers to the scene, but with their classic goth rock band Darc Entries they switched to purely electronic sounds with PLASTIKSTROM.
PLASTIKSTROM turn darkwave, EBM, electro-punk, seasoned with a few experimental sounds and rhythms into their own thing: darker Electro for the dance floors and a noticeable punk spirit always comes to the fore!
