Ecstatic Dance is ancient And at the same time a modern dance ritual. In various cultures, people have been using it for centuries for cleansing, healing and celebration. Today, it creates a safe space around the world, where we can spontaneously dance, share common energy and be fully ourselves.
The original nations had the opportunity to try different identities through masks and accept those parts of themselves that suppress in everyday life. They could decide which identity is no longer in line with their soul and which, on the contrary, supports their highest potential. Similarly, ecstatic dance is the journey of music of different atmosphere, pace and emotion, in which we have the opportunity to feel different aspects of ourselves, various archetypes and identities and explore even those parts in us and moves that we can not receive in ourselves and do not cultivate.
