comes May, love time and we invite you to dance to a new, magical place in Hainburg, called Karolinenhof. We will have a beautiful converted barn with a wooden floor for dancing inside as well as the lawn outside, so we will decide whether the event will be open-air. In a large garden you will find many magic corners, even a treehouse house on the tree! We have not been abandoned by our favorite Ecovillage Hainburg, but since the September floods are now taking a break from the events for some time.
We will find our unique Djka Attina, which is originally from the Philippines, but lives in Austria. Her female energy is present in her sets in which it brings beautiful ethnic rhythms and the smells of music from all over the world. With Peter Vašák you can look forward to a strong, deep and at the same time space path. (AT/Philipines)
20.30 Sound Healing with Petr Vašák
Ecstatic Dance has existed for thousands of years in various cultures as an important ritual that has combined and raised community members and has been expanding again in recent years as a safe space in to the form.
*Cocoa Ceremonia and Breathwork
At the beginning we tune in to our hearts and intent through the cocoa ceremony, connect in a circle and create a supportive and sacred space for a joint dance journey. With breathing meditation, we create conditions for relaxation and connection to our own authentic guidance in
Dance.
*Ecstatic dance way
Then, in the music of different atmosphere, pace and emotion, we will have the opportunity to feel different aspects of ourselves and pass the power of the present moment. By releasing stagnant energy and patterns that no longer serve us, we will fill the influx of new, life -giving energy and inspiration. For everyone, this experience may be different. Someone can release suppressed emotions, someone experience joy and celebration, for others it can be purely active movement meditation or passive meditation sitting while listening to music. We are welcome and receiving exactly as we feel.
*Sound Healing
At the end during the sound trip with Peter Vašák, we will have the opportunity to integrate dance and deeper internal feelings of the present.
Within Ecstatic Dance several pillars to maintain energy clean and safe space:
• It's a space without words. On the floor we limit not only the internal dialogue of our mind, but also external. Dance as a universal language will allow us to connect with others at a deeper level.
• We dance ourselves or in contact with others, while contact dance is recommended to respect the signals and space of others. EUR
Entry with everything: 29 euros, later and on site 35 EUR
