We are very much looking forward to being with Ecstatic Dance Banská Bystrica again after 9 months.
On this day, we invite you to an intuitive journey inside and from the inside out.

Ecstatic dance has existed for thousands of years in various cultures as an important and healing ritual, and in recent years it is once again spreading around the world as a safe space where we can dance together spontaneously and be fully ourselves. Through full presence in our body, we get closer and closer to relaxing our mind and feeling the bliss of pure being and presence.
In the beginning, we all get quiet together in a circle in a healing meditation, which energetically cleans and lightens our body. We will connect with ourselves with the energy that transcends us and with a clean and clear mind we will move to the movement.
With movement warm-up we will create the conditions in the body to relax our body and connect to the masha authentic leadership in dance. Subsequently, only under the guidance of music of different atmosphere, tempo and emotion, we will have the opportunity to let go of our daily roles and identity, feel different aspects of ourselves and allow ourselves to express our true essence. By releasing stagnant energy and patterns that no longer serve us, we are filled with an influx of new, life-giving energy and inspiration.
This experience can be different for everyone. Someone can release suppressed emotions, someone can experience joy and a celebratory dance, for others it can be a purely active movement meditation or a passive sitting meditation while listening to music. We are welcomed exactly as we feel, in our truth.
At the end, during the sound journey, we will have the opportunity to deepen our inner experience and integrate the energy process caused by the movement.
To maintain an energetically clean and safe space, several agreements apply within
Ecstatic Dance:
• It is a space without words.
• Together we support each other in an authentic expressed through movement without any judgment. Dance as a universal language allows us to connect with others on a deeper level.
• We dance alone or in contact with others, while respecting others' signals and space.
• We dance without the influence of drugs or alcohol and their use before the event is prohibited
