We invite you on a dance journey that is not only about movement, but about returning to yourself. A space where you can dive deep, let yourself be carried by the waves of music and allow yourself to experience everything that wants to manifest itself in you.
From gentleness and silence to strength, ecstasy and full energy. Through rhythm, mantras and conscious movement, space is opened for relaxation, connection and transformation. No rating. Without words. Just you, the music and the present moment.
Come as you are — and let yourself be guided. Ecstatic Dance is not a "dance course". There are no steps, no choreography, no judging.
It's not about looking good — it's about feeling. It is a space where you can let go of your head, turn off the daily chaos and let your body move completely naturally, freely and authentically. Everyone dances in their own way. Some gently and internally, some wildly and fully.
There is no right or wrong in ecstatic. What is important is authenticity and the courage to be yourself without masks for a while. Part of this culture is also a conscious and clean space — without alcohol, drugs and other substances that alter consciousness. Music, movement and presence alone can open a much deeper experience than anything from the outside.
DJ Přemek:
My DJ set is built as a journey. From gentle tuning to energetic and dynamic beats to deeper layers supported by mantras, ethnic motifs and atmospheric passages. I love the moment when the energy on the dance floor completely breaks off the chain... and immediately comes a deep silence that pulls a person inside. Mariana (final soundhealing): It makes a lot of sense to me to create a space in which singing becomes a support on the way to listening to one's inner voice. Chanting mantras and playing the harmonium together are a form of meditation for me - an opportunity to quiet the mind, dive deeper into ourselves and touch what is real and true within us.
I look forward to creating moments together that can remind us of who we really are.
