Ecstatic dance has existed for thousands of years in different cultures as an important and healing ritual and in recent years it has been spreading again all over the world as a safe space where we can to dance together spontaneously and be fully yourself. Through full presence in our body, we get closer and closer to relaxing our mind and feeling the bliss of pure being and presence.
In the beginning, through meditation, we connect more deeply with ourselves and tune in to our body. Subsequently, just under the guidance of music of different atmosphere, tempo and emotion, we will have the opportunity to let go of our everyday roles and identity and allow ourselves to express our true essence. By releasing stagnant energy and patterns that no longer serve us, we are filled with an influx of new, life-giving energy and inspiration.
For everyone, this experience can be different. Someone can release suppressed emotions, someone can experience joy and a celebratory dance, for others it can be a purely active movement meditation or a passive sitting meditation while listening to music. We are welcomed exactly as we feel right now, in our truth.
At the end, during the sound journey, we will have the opportunity to deepen our inner experience and integrate the energy process caused by movement.
In order to maintain an energetically clean and safe space, several conventions apply within Ecstatic Dance:
• It is a space without words.
• Together we support each other in authentic expression through movement without any judgment. Dance as a universal language allows us to connect with others on a deeper level.

Cesar Chunk is an independent artist, producer, music collector and radio programmer born in Peru and played ecstatic dance in Sacred Valley in Cusco, Peru. He plays deep atmospheric and tribal music. He traveled throughout Latin America for a long time, devoting himself to street art, circus and music. In doing so, he collected alternative music from every country he visited. In 2012, he also started wearing masks to emphasize the feeling of shamanic ritual and cultural richness in his sets. His sets are an authentic ceremony where African drums, Arabic flutes, voices in unknown languages and tropical sounds mix with electronic beats. Cesar tried to find different types of alternative and original music and unify the live culture.

Alma k it brings us the messages of ancient tribes and the healing breeze of the forest through medical songs. Her intention is to bring the gifts and forgotten wisdom of ancient natural cultures closer to people.
According to native Indians, singing is the noblest form of prayer. It is a tool they use to heal others, connect with the spiritual world and manifest their wishes.
Thanks to her teachers from South America, she gradually remembers the sacred work with sound that takes us into a deep meditative state of our visions.< br/>

Ecstatic dance has existed for thousands of years in many cultures as an important ritual connecting the community and also nowadays it has become a very important safe space that creates an opportunity for us to connect to ourselves, free up energetic blocks, connect deeper to our heart , and expand our consciousness beyond the barriers of the mind.
At the beginning we will tune into our bodies and hearts, set the intentions for the dance. Finding the balance between surrender and structure, we will be surrendering to a rollecoaster ride of different music genres, tempos and emotions to discover all the different aspects within ourselves.
Dance yourself into ecstatic states of awareness, release old patterns & paradigms and all conditioning that no longer serves you and come resting in the stillness of your authentic being. Feeling the music, becoming the dance, moving without thinking, free from time and space, in this state, dance is one of the greatest healers. You are welcome as you are. For some people this could be an experience of releasing suppressed emotions, for others it will be a dance of celebration and joy, and for some it will feel like an active or even still meditation. All of this is welcome. You will be embraced in all of your aspects. At the end we will get a chance to integrate the movement journey during a beautiful Sound Healing.
