Ecstatic dance has existed for thousands of years in various cultures as an important ritual that connected members of a community or tribe, and in recent years it has once again spread throughout to the world as a safe space where we can dance together spontaneously, be fully ourselves and rest in the movement that comes from within us. Through full presence in our body, we get closer and closer to relaxing our mind and feeling the bliss of clear being.
In the beginning, through Movement Medicine, we tune into our intentions with Kristina and create a supportive and sacred space for a joint dance journey. . We will connect to our own authentic guidance in the dance and subsequently, just under the guidance of music of different atmosphere, tempo and emotion, we will have the opportunity to feel different aspects of ourselves and surrender to the power of the present moment. By releasing stagnant energy and patterns that no longer serve us, we are filled with an influx of new, life-giving energy and inspiration. This experience can be different for everyone. Someone can release suppressed emotions, someone can experience joy and a celebratory dance, for others it can be a purely active movement meditation or a passive sitting meditation while listening to music. We are welcomed exactly as we feel, in our truth and with all our aspects.
*DJ NativeMind (Jakub Cerulík)
Jakub is a Slovak choreographer, dance performer, ICF accredited somatic coach (Prague, Somaticky koučing s.r.o.), certified facilitator of intuitive and therapeutic dance (Brno, Move Art s.r.o.) and DJ for self-development events and Ecstatic Dance (DJ Native Mind). While studying History of Art at Charles University in Prague, he studied the philosophy and psychology of art with a focus on the therapeutic overlap of art and rituals of different periods and cultures. While studying Dance Theater and Performance at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava and studying Intermedia at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava, he devoted himself to the use of expressive therapies, psychodrama and coaching in the creation of a work of art and, in turn, to the use of artistic procedures and practices when working on personal development. Later, during training in Somatic Coaching in Prague and Facilitation of Intuitive and Therapeutic Dance in Brno, he adopted a non-judgemental approach and consistent work on the client's resources. He is currently studying Interactive Media Design at the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague, where he explores the possibilities of using artificial intelligence, bio-electronics, virtual reality and digital media in the process of self-development, personal growth and work with the body. Jakub works integratively with techniques using the body, breath, voice, word, imagination and object, while the long-term basis of his practice is creative work with the principles of somatics and embodiment in the coaching process. The main purpose of his work is to bring people into contact with their body and its natural intelligence

I am a professional actress. I have been working with the body, voice, emotions and psyche for 20 years. I combine my experiences from the path of personal development with theater and movement practice, art therapies and shamanism. I am deeply inspired by the legacy of ancient shamanic cultures.
I believe that every person has a unique purpose. My mission is to help people see this uniqueness, connect with it and start living it. When we listen to the voice of the heart and follow it, we fulfill our mission as human beings on this earth.
Authentic expression with body and voice, creative imagination, working with repressed emotions and traumas, rewriting patterns, creating in the quantum field - these are the topics that I devote myself to my work.

* I work as an actress in the Žilina City Theater.
* I lead theater group Théaterapia, which brings Playback theatre.
* I created the method Healing with theater, which combines theater and the path of self-discovery.

Ecstatic dance has existed for thousands of years in many cultures as an important ritual connecting the community and also nowadays it has become a very important safe space that creates an opportunity for us to connect to ourselves, free up energetic blocks, connect deeper to our heart, and expand our consciousness beyond the barriers of the mind.
At the beginning we tune into our heart and intentions for the year and create a supportive and sacred space for the journey of dancing together. Through movement meditation, we create the conditions in the body to relax and connect to our own authentic guidance in the dance. Finding the balance between surrender and structure, we will be surrendering to a rollecoaster ride of different music genres, tempos and emotions to discover all the different aspects within ourselves.
Dance yourself into ecstatic states of awareness, release old patters & paradigms and all conditioning that no longer serves you and come resting in the stillness of your authentic being. Feeling the music, becoming the dance, moving without thinking, free from time and space, in this state, dance is one of the greatest healers. You are welcome as you are. For some people this could be an experience of releasing suppressed emotions, for others it will be a dance of celebration and joy, and for some it will feel like an active or even still meditation. All of this is welcome. You will be embraced in all of your aspects.
To keep the clean & safe energetic space Ecstatic Dance there are a few things to keep in mind:
• We dance barefoot and without words on the dance floor. As little as possible inner mind dialogue as well as outer dialogue helps to dive deeper into your own journey.
