For Easter, we invite you to the unique Ecstatic Dance journey, where live music with electronic music will be covered. Sonic Temple is a living musical journey that combines rhythms of ecstatic dance with depth of mantra and other songs. Thanks to live vocals, innovative remixes and spontaneous instrumental improvisations, this unique performance will guide you from a peaceful euphoria in motion of the whole body and back into deep relaxation. Sonic Temple creates more than just music, space for connection, expression and transformation with a unique approach to ecstatic dance. to rest in the movement that comes from our interior. Despite the full presence in our body, we are getting closer to the relaxation of our minds and the feeling of the bliss of clear being. By releasing stagnant energy and patterns that no longer serve us, we will fill the influx of new, life -giving energy and inspiration. For everyone, this experience may be different. Someone can release suppressed emotions, someone experience joy and celebration, for others it can be purely active movement meditation or passive meditation sitting while listening to music. We are welcome exactly as we feel, in our truthfulness and with all our aspects. Finally, we will be able to integrate the energy that has moved in us and immersion even deeper into ourselves.

LOVLENKA | @lovlovleka takes us on a beautiful sound journey with her angelic voice. Lenka started her journey of yoga almost 20 years ago and one of the practices she studied is Bhakti Yoga - a devoted journey of singing.

Through Movement Meditation, We Create the Conditions in the Body to Relax and Connect To Our Own Authentic Guidance in the Dance. Finding the Balance Betheen Surrender and Structure, We Will Be Surrendering To A Rollecaster Ride of Different Music Genres, Tempos and Emotions to Discover All the Different Aspects within Ourselves. Free from Time and Space, In This State, Dance is One of the Greatest Healers. You are welcome as you are.
