✨Spring Equinox Ecstatic Dance - celebration of spring and unification of polarities 🌑🌞 ***For English please scroll down
We invite you on Friday, March 13th to a unique Ecstatic dance celebrating the arrival of spring with a great guest, the well-known Argentinian DJ and music producer Intiche. A week before the day of the spring equinox, when the harmony of day and night, light and dark and other polarities in us and around us approaches, we will tune into our inner harmony in the introductory meditation with Lucka Pajszerová and Martin Vrabek. Let's dance together to celebrate the arrival of spring, more sun and our blossoming.
18.45 Opening of space
19.00 Water movement meditation with Lucia Pajszerová and Martin Vrabko.
19.30 Ecstatic dance journey with INTICHE (Argentina/Berlin)
21.20 Final sound journey through frequencies with INTICHE
21.45 Closing circle
🌀Ecstatic dance has existed for thousands of years in various cultures as an important ritual that connected members of a community or tribe and in recent years it has been spreading again around the world as a space where we can dance together spontaneously, be fully ourselves and rest in the movement that comes from within. Through full presence in our body, we get closer and closer to relaxing our mind and experiencing the bliss of pure being. 💎
📀 The Ecstatic Dance set that awaits us after the initial meditation will contain music of different atmosphere, tempo and emotion, during which we will have the opportunity to feel different aspects of ourselves and surrender to the power of the present moment. 📀
By releasing stagnant energy and patterns that no longer serve us, we will be filled with an influx of new, life-giving energy and inspiration. This experience can be different for everyone. Someone can release suppressed emotions, someone can experience joy and a celebratory dance, for others it can be a purely active movement meditation or a passive sitting meditation while listening to music. We are welcomed exactly as we feel, in our truth and with all our shades.
🕯️At the end, during the sound journey and meditation, we will have the opportunity to further deepen and integrate the energy process caused by movement. 🕯️
Within Ecstatic Dance there are several pillars for maintaining an energetically clean and safe space:
• It is a space without words. On the dance floor, we limit not only the internal dialogue of our mind, but also the external one.
• Together we support each other in authentic expression through movement without any judgment. Dance as a universal language allows us to connect with others on a deeper level.
• We dance alone or in contact with others, while contact dancing is recommended, we respect others' signals and space.
• We dance without the influence of drugs or alcohol.
✨INTICHE
Intiche music is a deep connection of natural organic sounds, traditional instruments and music inspired by various ancient cultures from around the world, emotional melodies, groovy rhythms and percussion, organic recordings from the interior and exterior, dream visions and eternal déjà vu. With gratitude for the presence that is this life. Of course, with a little secret. It will lead you with a very playful and emotional feeling into the heart of your jungle, through the seas of your emotions, through the connection with the Earth. Through dance, frequencies and vibrations, we come back to the present and immerse ourselves in the breath to harmonize our energetic and physical bodies and soothe our souls through a deep and relaxing sound journey.
“Music serves as a bridge to a deep connection with source with lots of playfulness through the magic of frequencies and vibrations.”

Ecstatic dance has existed for thousands of years in many cultures as an important ritual connecting the community and also nowadays it has become a very important safe space that creates an opportunity for us to connect to ourselves, free up energetic blocks, connect deeper to our heart, and expand our consciousness beyond the barriers of the mind.
The day will start with voWe start with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, to create a supportive group energy and set an intention. Through the movement workshop and warm-up we will connect to our most authentic self so that we create the best ground for delving into a spontaneous dance and invite our inner guidance to take over. Finding the balance between surrender and structure, we will be surrendering to a rollecoaster ride of different music genres, tempos and emotions to discover all the different aspects within ourselves.
Dance yourself into ecstatic states of awareness, release old patters & paradigms and all conditioning that no longer serves you and come resting in the stillness of your authentic being. Feeling the music, becoming the dance, moving without thinking, free from time and space, in this state, dance is one of the greatest healers.
You are welcome as you are. For some people this could be an experience of releasing suppressed emotions, for others it will be a dance of celebration and joy, and for some it will feel like an active or even still meditation. All of this is welcome. You will be embraced in all of your aspects.
