📄 about the program
~ ecstatic dance ~ is the free form of dance without drug and alcohol. You can dance here in a safe space at home when no one is looking. You don't need to know any steps, just move as you want. You enjoy great music, a SUPER PEOPLE and experience now and here 👏
We have a few principles: Bot
You can dance with yourself, with mutual consent and interaction with others. For easier relaxation into dance, connecting with your body and as an inspiration for dance contact with others serves a warm-up, which is followed by the set itself. We start and end together in a circle. form a community where everyone can feel free and accepted. We perceive the dance as a way to ourselves, to the other and to nature around us 🌳
~ Peťka Nováková 🧚 ~
Peťka will make us a motion tuning 💃
,, I enjoy dance as I feel. I get inspired in the forests, from children, I just wave and explore. I learn not to be afraid and be embarrassing, not to close myself, occasions, dancing. I like watching my feelings and thoughts that happen to me at dancing, I learn to dissolve them through myself, through the group. I dance because I simply love it. ” The Name of Buntu is a playfulness, a liveliness and an instinctive connection with a natural rhythm. The fire is already waiting for the creation of conscious actions, female rituals and cocoa ceremonies, where it connects the voice, body and presence. Dance, without rushing and expectations.
