About event
We cordially invite you to another ecstatic dance as a form of therapeutic dance!
This time in the new coat of the mini studio aka in the center of Brno.
are all lovers of freedom and dance. In Ecstatic Dance, you will experience both without having to complete any previous dance training.
We create a space for you where you can connect with yourself - with your body, emotions. Dance is a great form of expression in any life phase, present, slowing, breath, energy, roasting at all levels (mind, body and soul).
In the dance you can be absolutely free, we do not design on any choreography. Rules such as "without drugs and alcohol" are followed here to ensure safe space.
Something to change that you feel comfortable and water. Who would like to try, you can take a scarf for your eyes.
