About event
Adrián YoZéF comes from Costa Rica and has been involved in conscious movement and dance for more than 15 years. He is an international dance ceremony guide, DJ and founder of the Beyond Dance project.
In his work, he connects music, meditation and movement into deeply transformative experiences that support free self-expression, presence and connection with oneself. With his Ecstatic Dance sets and dance ceremonies, he traveled to many European cities and helped hundreds of people discover greater lightness in their bodies, overcome the fear of expression and deepen their relationship with themselves through dance.
Ecstatic dance is a great opportunity to experience yourself directly, which is why we do not use any drugs or alcohol here. It's a way to relax, turn off your mind and tune in to your heart. Dance is based on intuitive and free movement, without the need for technique or imitating others. At the same time, it is an ideal opportunity to step out of the comfort zone and open up.
