Ecstatic dance is about the freedom and joy that comes from moving without any restrictions or guidance. Come dance, fool around, relax, just whatever you need... DJ Sunali will play live. We have new speakers at AKA, so look forward to quality stereo sound with a subwoofer!!
At Studio AKA in the center of Brno. Dominikánská 11, 1st floor.
Saturday from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Registration for the event is not required. Share this promotion with your friends instead. Arrive according to your mood 🙂 The entrance fee is 350 CZK.
We are an open group, we meet between 17 - 24 people. We always have someone new visiting us and we are happy for that. We start and end the meeting with a short sharing circle.
Please arrive on time, preferably before 6:40 p.m.!

Comfortable clothes for dancing
Something change for a tooth, if you want (I'll bring fruit, nuts and chocolate)
Your water bottle so we don't have to worry about glasses

Ecstatic dance is a very pleasant way of dancing that allows participants to completely relax and connect by moving with your inner self. Without inhibitions or limitations, you can immerse yourself in this form of free dance, considered by many to be the perfect form of meditation. In short, ecstatic dance is about the freedom and joy that comes from moving without any restrictions or guidance.
In ecstatic dance, there is no prescribed way the dance should be performed or how it should look. Instead, it is about absolute freedom, where participants can dance and express themselves completely freely and as they feel at that moment. Let yourself dance and allow yourself to be completely authentic. Reveal yourself in your fullness, with the vulnerability and courage you have not been able to show before.
Because in ecstatic dance there are no boundaries, only endless space for you and your creativity.
However, we have rules! We don't talk to each other while dancing to let our minds rest. Dance with others by mutual consent - eye contact. We leave mobile phones in the dressing room. And no alcohol and drugs.
