⭐︎The door from the busy street leads to a darkened room in which time stops for one Advent evening.
At least for a while, put aside your daily worries and go on a light barge down the wild river. Make a simple bed and linger together in the longest winter night. Busy hands, hum, muffled speech, read aloud, chant, keep silent or listen. Silver threads indicate purity and refinement. A whitish rosebud curls on a frozen bush before being carried into the warmth of the room and placed in a sacred place. Dew will be given by the heavens from above.
⭐︎ We will read, embroider, talk and be silent together and above all stay awake.
⭐︎ We will enjoy the depth of darkness.

For the celebration of the Vigil, bring a handiwork (if you knit, crochet or embroider), a book that inspires you (may be related to the Advent season in some way), a sleeping bag and a mat.
