understand your heart. We live in a world that we introduce through our roles and stickers. These distracts from our identity and integrity.
Many of us formed our identity in the model of punishment and reward. This created our relationship to themselves and its surroundings. We often feel that we are something and we should be someone. We look at ourselves in the context of our surroundings and if we receive signals from it that we evaluate as critical, we adapt and try to be acceptable. This adaptation leads to feelings of anxiety and changes in our actions. This distracts attention from our own identity.
The aim of the meeting is to get a preview of your own problematic topics and search for internal resources for working with them.
The main task is to find yourself, without the expectation of others without rebel.
Ego at the work of a teacher in five weekend meetings will introduce a guide through self -experience activities on the V. Satir growth model and their own safe resources that can help overcome problematic personal and professional situations and can allow a healthy relationship with themselves and children. Five weekend meetings cannot replace self -experience training. However, they can offer preview and awareness of problematic topics. They are based on the willingness to exhibit with personal themes and work with each other.
The target competencies are the consciousness of the strengths and weaknesses of the personality of the teacher and working with his own borders.
