About event
Many leftists find it difficult to help Ukraine in their defense fight against Russia's destructive war of aggression in solidarity. Some go so far that they take over Russian narrative unquestionably. Others argue that upgrading in Germany and Europe strengthens the armaments industry and goes beyond the borders of Ukraine. The exchange with left -wing Ukrainian perspectives is neglected or does not even take place.
The Ukrainian anarchist, human rights activist, former soldier and prisoners of Maksym Butkevych reports on his motives to report to the army and his experience in captivity and warehouse. He describes the consequences that he draws from his political and personal experiences and explains why it cannot be an option for him to leave the Ukraine to himself.
The event is carried out in English. Südblock), Skalitzer Str. 6, 10999 Berlin
