In the 2-hour workshop, we examine different types of binding and chucking. What variants are there? How do I know if everything is right? We discuss what there are to consider when wearing and maintaining.
There is also a brief insight into physical exercises (without touching others, everyone is attracted) that can support the body in recovering and counteract tension from wearing.
like to bring your own things with you, there will be a small selection to touch and, if necessary, try on.
