Online information evening - Introduction to the legal situation of binational couples with children and the desire to have children with lawyer Lucy Chebout: Tuesday, December 9th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The legal situation of rainbow families is often very complex and difficult to understand without professional support. Things become even more complicated if one or more people in a rainbow family do not have German citizenship. What special challenges, but also what opportunities, arise in such binational constellations? And how can queer parents achieve legal parenthood, especially if they have citizenship other than German?
