About event
Today's world is full of dynamic changes. The progressing climate crisis, declining biodiversity, and social and economic problems flash around us. These crisis situations can awaken a lot of emotions, insecurities, doubts and polarization in ourselves and in society.
🌱 On the course we will explore how to use challenging experiences associated with crisis as allies to develop resilience and regenerate ourselves, communities and the world.
“I like living. Sometimes I was wildly desperate, contrite, full of sorrow, but through it all I still know for sure that just being alive is a big thing." — from the book Agatha Christie
🌱 The course will be conducted both through self-experience and methodically, so that you can use everything you experience in your work with others. Using experiential exercises, sharing, working with the body and symptoms or imagination, you will learn to create new attitudes towards a changing world.
🌱 Our basic starting points for work will be gestalt psychotherapy and process-oriented psychology. During individual and group activities in the seminar room and in the garden, we will use the tools of ecotherapy and the principles of Joanna Macy's Work that reconnects method.
🌱 For whom the course is intended:
* therapists,
* guides working with people and groups, climate change educators
* workers of environmental organizations and members of climate movement, people passionate about environmental protection

💚 Mgr. Zdeňka Voštová
She completed training in integrative psychotherapy and, in addition to classical psychotherapy, provides emotional support to people affected by the environmental crisis. He regularly organizes lectures and experiential workshops on this topic for psychotherapists, people active in environmental movements and for the general public. He believes that emotions and the inner world of people need to be given care and attention as much as major systemic changes, and that one cannot be completely separated from the other. She is a member of the International Ecopsychology Society.
💚 Ing. Tomáš Hawel
Everything he did in his life was related to people and nature. At first he was a forester in protected areas. To promote the conservation of rare forests, he began educating people and facilitating communities. Since 2012, he has been working on team development, leadership and conflict resolution using experiential pedagogy. He has training in Somatic Coaching and is a student of the second, final phase of the Graduate Training in Process-Oriented Psychology. In addition to private coaching and therapy practice, he works at the Psychological Support Center in Vrchlabí.
