Come on a curatorial tour of the exhibition "Shoes. Expression of tradition".
You will learn about an interesting exhibition project that arose in cooperation between the Moravian Zemstvo Museum and the Faculty of Multimedia Communication of the Tomasz Baty University in Zlin. Within the framework of this project, male and female students of the footwear design atelier used examples of objects directly from the collection of the MZM in their work.
During the curated tour, you will get to know the history of the shoemaker's craft and the direction of modern shoe design. You will see that historical shoes can be a great source of inspiration for today's young artists, who bring traditional elements and technologies in a new way to modern design and at the same time preserve them for the future.
