Elia Moretti: To be all ears

Emptiness is necessary for sound to exist. Sound is the empty space of relationships. For example, the voice is a trace of the void, the cavity. It has the ability to challenge and transform human perceptions of identity, meaning and subjectivity: listening becomes action. "To be all ears" means to get involved in the process of giving meaning to the sounds that surround us, to come for something that is definitely not yet, but is temporary.

The workshop will focus on transformative possibilities of sound awareness and listening, will last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, will be conducted in English and does not require any specific preparation or background, everyone is welcome.
