I invite you to your first public event aimed at restoring the relationship to your own body. Using somatic exercises - from energy shaking to a finer intuitive movement in space - we transfer back from the mind back to the body. We will discover what we need to feel, deepen confidence and relationship to our body and guided meditation with visualization and take this experience to the next days.
