Embodying Tarot

An improvisational Workshop of Movement, Somatics & Archetypes

Step into the world of the Major Arcana - not just through cards, but through your body.

In this improvisational workshop, we will explore the tarot not as a tool for divination, but as a living, breathing language of energy and archetypes. Through somatic practices, guided movement, and playful exploration, we will:

🔮 Draw Major Arcana cards and dive into their symbolic essence

🌱 Embody their energies through improvised movement

🌀 Discover how these archetypes live within our own bodies - approaching the magic of the cards as an entrance to embodied knowledge

🌞 Engage with others through interactive movement, improv exercises and shared ritual

No tarot or dance/movement experience necessary - just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Just bring a pair of indoor shoes/socks and a bottle of fresh water.

Come move, feel, and become
the Fool, the High Priestess,
the Tower, or the Star.
Let the cards speak through your body.
